DESCRIERE
Pentru mulți oameni, grișul este un gust cunoscut din copilărie. Fiert în LAPTE sau apă și îmbunătățit cu gem sau fructe proaspete, reprezintă o combinație delicioasă. Ideal pentru micul dejun sau pentru ceaiul de după-amiază.
INSTRUCȚIUNI DE PREGĂTIRE
1. Se măsoară 250 ml de LAPTE sau apă într-o oală. Se toarnă 1/3 din lichid (83,3 ml) într-un pahar și se amestecă cu grișul (1 sau 2 linguri pline, în funcție de consistența dorită).
2. Fierbeți restul de lichid (166,7 ml). Adăugați grișul amestecat anterior cu LAPTE sau apă și amestecați totul cu mișcări rapide pentru a evita formarea de cocoloașe (cel mai simplu este cu un tel).
3. 2 - 4 minute de fierbere, până când compoziția se îngroașă. Serviți fierbinte sau ușor răcit. Are cel mai bun gust cu sirop, dulceață sau fructe proaspete.
